Lifting certificate expires on 15 Oct — in 13 days.
The lifter is needed at TS-26-014 until handover on 30 Oct (glass partitions from 7 Oct). Without a valid certificate it cannot be issued and the Bay View Tower HSE team will stop it on site.
Inspection booked — Fri 9 Oct, 8:00 AM at Bay View Tower, Level 12.
Emirates Lifting Inspection Services will examine and load-test the lifter on site (about 1 hour, AED 350). Mohammed Rafiq was asked to have it charged with clean pads. The new certificate will be attached here automatically.
Out of use — problem reported by you at 10:44 AM.
Do not lift glass with AST-TS-0012 until Sunil Perera has checked it. The glass crew at TS-26-014 can carry on with the 4 hand suction lifters on site.
