Dear Ms. Haddad,
Thank you for the meeting on 27 September. As agreed, we have revised our rates for the partitions, ceiling and preliminaries. The glass specification is unchanged: 12 mm clear tempered glass with a frosted manifestation band, fabricated by our group factory, LHP Metals & Glass Industries. We are pleased to submit our revised offer below.

Programme
- 10 weeks from site handover and building permit, target start 19 Oct 2026.
- Week 1: mobilisation, protection and strip-out.
- Weeks 2–5: partitions, ceiling and MEP first fix.
- Weeks 4–8: glass partitions and doors, flooring, painting.
- Weeks 7–9: joinery, MEP second fix, testing.
- Week 10: cleaning, snagging and handover.
Payment terms
- 10% advance on order (AED 46,500.00 + VAT), recovered pro rata from progress payments.
- Monthly progress payments on valuation, due 30 days from certification.
- 5% retention, released at the end of the 12-month defects liability period.
- Prices are in UAE Dirhams. VAT is charged at 5%.
Included
- Shop drawings and material submittals for your approval.
- Building management permits and after-hours work permits.
- Daily site reports and photos in the client portal.
- Final cleaning, as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Exclusions
- Loose furniture, IT, AV, access control and CCTV.
- Fire alarm and sprinkler design changes beyond relocating existing heads.
- Landlord fit-out deposits and DEWA connection fees.
- Signage and branding.
Validity
- This quotation is valid for 30 days, until 30 Oct 2026. Glass prices are held for the same period.
Acceptance
- Please sign below or send your LPO quoting Q-TS-26-061 Rev 2. The signed quotation forms the contract with our standard terms.
