- Quality and dimensions strictly as per approved shop drawing SD-GL-07 Rev B and the site-verified measurements.
- Tempering certificate per BS EN 12150 (fragmentation test) to come with the delivery; every panel carries the tempering mark.
- Goods are inspected on receipt at site. Chipped or out-of-size panels are rejected and replaced free within 48 hours.
- Prices per the inter-company price list: M&G external list price −8%, approved by both partners on 1 Sep 2026.
- Payment 30 days from delivery and tax invoice. Quote LPO-TS-26-121 on the delivery note and invoice.
Delivery & packing
- Deliver to Level 12, Bay View Tower, Business Bay, by 6 Oct 2026 (tempering slot 5 Oct).
- Glass on A-frames with edge protection; A-frames collected within 3 days.
