Tempered to BS EN 12150-1. The tempering certificate from Gulf Tempered Glass (JW-MG-26-009) and our QC release travel with this note once JC-26-0451 passes inspection on 6 Oct. Heat-soak not required for this order.
Handling instructions
- Keep panels upright on the A-frame — never lay tempered glass flat or stand it on a corner.
- Two people per panel; use suction lifters for every piece (all over 2 m²).
- Store indoors on rubber blocks at a 5–7° lean, away from welding and grinding sparks.
- Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or edge-worked on site.
- Check every piece for chips, scratches and size before signing; write any damage below.
Returnable A-frame #3
- Steel glass A-frame, rated 1,200 kg — property of LHP Metals & Glass.
- The driver unloads the glass and takes the A-frame back the same day.
- If the site keeps it for storage, return within 14 days; our truck collects.
- Lost or damaged A-frames are charged at AED 2,800.
